Online Booking Policies
A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Arriving 15 minutes late or more may result in the appointment being forfeited or shortened at the provider's discretion, and the deposit will be lost. Intake forms must be completed through the secure patient portal before the visit. By booking, you agree to the full Booking Policy.
